No Returns, No Refunds Policy

All sales on lavenderlooks.com are final. Due to the nature of our products and to maintain the highest standards of hygiene and quality control, we do not accept returns or offer refunds, exchanges, or store credit for any products purchased from our website.

This policy is in place to ensure that every customer receives a brand-new, unused, and hygienic product. Once an item has left our facility, we cannot guarantee its condition or handling, and therefore, it cannot be resold.

Damaged or Defective Items

The only exception to our “No Returns, No Refunds” policy is for products that are received in a damaged or defective condition due to transit. We take utmost care in packaging and shipping your order, but in the rare event that you receive a damaged or defective item, please follow the steps below:

  1. Immediate Action Required: You must notify us of the damaged or defective item within 24 hours of receiving your order. Any claims made after this period will not be accepted.
  2. Provide Evidence: You must provide clear and detailed photographs of the damaged item and its packaging. This evidence is crucial for us to verify the claim and to raise it with our shipping partners.
  3. Contact Us: Please email our customer support team at lavenderlookscom@gmail.com with the following information:
    • Your Order Number
    • A brief description of the damage or defect
    • Attached photographs of the damaged product and the shipping box/packaging
  4. Our Resolution: Once we have reviewed the evidence and confirmed the damage or defect, we will, at our sole discretion, offer one of the following resolutions:
    • A replacement of the same item. (Subject to availability)
    • A full refund to your original payment method.

Please note: We will not accept returns of the damaged item itself. We only require photographic evidence.
